Customer Safety Compliance Clause
The customer agrees to fully cooperate with the chimney technician during the performance of services, including following all safety instructions and directives provided by the technician. Failure to comply with these safety instructions, which are crucial to ensure the safety of the customer, technician, and property, may result in immediate termination of the service.
In the event of non-compliance with safety instructions, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be subject to a fine of up to $1,500, in addition to any other damages or costs incurred due to the refusal to follow necessary safety protocols.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at our sole discretion. If we make significant changes, we will notify you 30 days prior to the changes taking effect. By continuing to use our Service after these changes, you agree to the revised terms.
