View Packaging Status Summary
This page contains a summary of values that determine a student’s package, as well as if the student is ready to be packaged or has already been packaged.

Key fields on this page are:
- Academic Career: Student’s Career (e.g. Undergrad, Grad, Law or Extension).
- Aid Processing Status: Applied, Ready for Counselor Review, Ready for Packaging, Packaging Completed.
- Aid Application Status: Usually Active (unless Canceled or Restricted).
- Review Status: Shows if selected for ISIR Verification (Incomplete- if application is unofficial, rejected or if has conditional awards or Complete – has been packaged).
- INST Verification Status: Used for UCB’s QA verification process for one more year (16– 7).
- Verification Flag & Status: Federal verification flag and statuses. Will start using in 17-18 aid year.
- Satisfactory Academic Progress: Acad Plan, Meets SAP, Not Meet, Probation, Undetermined, Warning.
Note: Disbursement Hold is NOT a field UCB will be using. It does not refer to historical “holds” or blocks.
- Packaging Plan: Shows the Packaging plan (e.g., UG = Undergraduate)
- Repackaging Plan: Will show if Repackaged
- Self Service: Inquiry Access. Controls whether a student sees packaging information on their CalCentral Financial Aid page. This is usually checked/unchecked by a batch process, but if you have edit access and it is appropriate, you are able to check/uncheck on a one-time basis if needed.
