Refund Policy

Note: More Than A Kid, Inc. holds the right to change this policy at any time without prior notice. Check here before making purchases, requesting services and/or giving donations.


Refunds for pre-orders are available for digital products until the day before the product launch date by 11:59pm eastern standard time.

Digital Products

Digital products are non-refundable.


Deposits are non-refundable.

Physical Products

Refunds on physical products are available up to 7 days after the delivery of the product, and the product has to be unused and still in like-new condition. Customers are responsible for return expenses.


Services can be refunded on a prorated scale. If you have prepaid for a service and you will not be able to complete the service then a refund can be given for the number of sessions remaining minus 1 session.  


Donations are non-refundable.
