In this session we will learn ways to reduce frustrations and support your child with self regulation using acceptance, communication, calming and coping strategies.

Research has been done on smartphone/technology usage and its impact on all adolescents for many years. It is not a new issue at all. But the increasing trend of cell phone addiction and poor psychological and physiological health of adolescents is a reality we are facing as parents. Let’s learn how to recognize the symptoms and help our teens overcome their smartphone/technology addiction.
