LINCOLN UNIFORM RULES/DRESS CODE POLICY
Students must wear a school uniform. All students must adhere to the Lincoln Dress Code policy and wear appropriate school attire to encourage an environment focused on learning, promote good health and safety, and a positive environment.
Tops
- Navy Blue, Yellow/Gold polo or t-shirts
- Sweatshirts and jackets must be plain of graphics
- Fridays: School spirit shirts, club shirts, college or military shirts
Bottoms
- Students must wear pants, shorts, skirts, skorts, and/or leggings that fit appropriately
Shoes
- Closed toed shoes with socks are required
- No platform shoes or heels of any kind
- No flip-flops, slides, sandals, or slippers
- Crocs must have the strap secured across the ankle at all times
- Tennis shoes are the perfect school shoe
Items and Accessories not allowed
- Oversized or undersized clothing
- Shirts or hats with graphics displaying alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, violence, or inappropriate language
- Clothing that allows the exposure of undergarments or torso such as tube tops, halters, spaghetti strap clothing, and bare midriffs or tank tops with large arm holes
- Jewelry that could be a safety hazard such as large hoop or dangling earrings
REMEMBER to label all jackets, lunch pails, and backpacks with a child’s first and last name and room number.
NOTE: All lost and found items are donated or discarded on a weekly basis due to insect, sanitary, and safety precautions.
