What can I expect from the Vault: Immersive Speakeasy Experience?
For a limited time only, the most iconic parties and soirées are brought back to life in an all-new experience. Walk through an interactive museum, meet iconic personalities, and find a 1920s-style speakeasy. Enjoy live music, custom cocktails, and speakeasy-inspired snacks, before settling in for a world-class variety show. Packed with jaw-dropping burlesque, aerial, and song & dance acts, this first-rate production relives the wildest moments of the decades in spectacular style. Don’t miss this history-meets-comedy extravaganza!

The show is approximately 2 hours long.

This is an indoor experience.
Will there be strobe lights?
Yes, there are substantial strobe effects during the cabaret show.
Will food and beverage be available on-site for purchase?
Yes. Guests have the ability to order lite bites from our a la carte menu. A selection of hand-crafted themed cocktails, wine, and champagne is also available. Gluten-Free options available.
What is the minimum age requirement?
The minimum age for entry is 18. The minimum age to drink is 21.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
Doors typically open 15 minutes before the time printed on your ticket. It is suggested you arrive no later than 15 minutes after your scheduled start time. Otherwise, you will miss portions of the experience.
Is alcohol permitted?
Alcohol is available for purchase. Outside beverages are not allowed.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals. Keep in mind there are substantial strobe effects and loud noises during the cabaret show.

Is there parking nearby?
Yes. There is ample parking in the Beverly Center parking garage.

TICKETS
Where can I get tickets?
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
What are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for this experience can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
What are the different ticket options and prices?
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow.
No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&C.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

They are located within the theater.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Professional cameras are not allowed, but personal devices are welcome.
