VIP Sale - Terms and Conditions (United States of America)

1. The “VIP Sale” (“Promotion”) is made by Step One Clothing USA, Inc, a Delaware corporation (“Step One”).  Step One’s company registration number is 12571359 and its registered office is at 919 North Market St., Suite 950, Wilmington, DE 19801.
2. The Promotion commences at 10:00am PST on 27th September 2025 and ends at 11:59pm PST on 1st October 2025, whilst stock of promotion products last or unless terminated earlier by Step One (whichever is sooner) (“Promotion Period”) and applies to selected products at https://us.stepone.life.  Strictly no Promotion prices will be retroactively applied to orders made outside the Promotion Period.  Orders cannot be amended or altered once the order has been placed with Step One other than in accordance with the Refund Policy.
3. No other offers or promotions can be used together with this Promotion.  
4. Prices are as advertised online during the Promotion Period. To redeem the Promotion, customers must apply the designated discount code allocated to the customer in connection with the Promotion at checkout when purchasing the selected products at https://us.stepone.life
5. The Promotion cannot be applied to previously purchased products.
6. All purchases are “first come, first serve”, there is no guarantee of a successful purchase of products in your cart if another customer has completed checkout of limited stock products first.
7. If any products purchased using a Promotion discount are returned, the maximum amount you will be refunded is the amount paid for the product, subject to any available Refund Policy.
8. Step One reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions of the Promotion at Step One’s discretion.
9. Step One reserves the right to terminate or cancel the Promotion at any time without prior notice to you.
10. This Promotion is subject to our standard Terms and Conditions of Sale at https://us.stepone.life/pages/terms-and-conditions-of-sale and Privacy policy at https://us.stepone.life/pages/privacy-policy, which shall apply to the sale of any products you buy from Step One through our site.
11. Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or Snapchat may be used to advertise or promote the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, you agree that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or Snapchat and to release Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or Snapchat from all liability in relation to the Promotion. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion should be directed to Step One and not Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or Snapchat.
12. These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
