The concert will be 1 hour long. Doors will open 45 minutes prior to the start time on your ticket and we encourage guests to come at least 20 minutes before the start time. The performance will start promptly at the start time and doors will be closed once the performance starts. No late entry is permitted under any circumstances.
No, for the safety of our audience, all of the candlelight will be provided through flameless candles.

Entrance to the parking structure is off Alice Rainville Place (13th St) between Nicollet Mall and Marquette Avenue. Access to Alice Rainville Place only can be made from the south. The parking lot address is: 95-99 Alice Rainville Pl, Minneapolis, MN 55403. Parking will be $10, cash or credit accepted. Parking in this structure is first come first served and is not guaranteed. There are several other parking structures nearby, including but not limited to the Plaza Municipal Parking Ramp (116 S 12th St, Minneapolis, MN 55403).
You don’t need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.
Are photos and videos allowed to be taken during the performance?
No photography or video of any kind is permitted during the performance except for the last song. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
The venue is ADA compliant. Note: The ground level and restrooms are accessible, however the balcony seating is not.
There will be no food or drink available and outside food and drink is not permitted. Please plan to enjoy dinner before or after the event.
No tickets are available at the event for purchase. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
No animals are allowed under any circumstances. Please contact us directly at hello@feverup.com if you plan to bring a service animal.
There will NOT be a coat check available at this event.
No refunds are allowed unless a flexible refund ticket has been purchased (see below). Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and is based on availability. Please contact us here directly to change your ticket.

What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
The flexible refund ticket allows you to ask for a full refund in case you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my ticket?
You return your flexible refund ticket with a full refund if you contact us requesting it up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I have to present to receive my refund?
No documentation is needed to claim your refund.
