I.                   CALL TO ORDER

II.                 PUBLIC COMMENT – Closed Session

Members of the public may address the Board concerning any item on the closed session Agenda. Each person will be given up to three minutes per item.

C.           APPROVAL OF AGENDA

The Board of Trustees reserves the right to change the order in which the agenda items are discussed and/or acted upon at this meeting. Subject to further action by the Board, this meeting will proceed as provided in this agenda. Items may be added to this agenda for discussion or action only as permitted by law.

Approve opening school with Distance Learning and apply for TK-6 waiver to allow small learning cohorts to meet on campus for in-person instruction.
