What We’re Doing to Navigate COVID-19

Updated June 7, 2021

We take the health and safety of our customers, kitchen staff, contracted drivers, and vendors very seriously. ClusterTruck continues to closely follow guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the local public health officials in each of the communities we serve.

First, our entire system is inherently designed to minimize random interactions. ClusterTruck’s contracted drivers are handed the food outside the kitchen in sealed bags.  Our customers meet the car and are handed the bag from the drivers. And, our kitchens are not open to the public.

Food safety remains our top priority. Every ClusterTruck kitchen has a ServSafe certified manager on duty. Our managers are trained to monitor their staff for health concerns, and make appropriate staffing decisions to ensure a safe and healthy kitchen environment.

In light of the latest CDC recommendations and updates to local mask mandates, our fully vaccinated employees and drivers are no longer required to wear a mask in our facilities unless otherwise required by state or local jurisdiction as of June 7, 2021. As always, we fully support those who wish to wear a mask while vaccinated.

We will continue to monitor state and county health protocols and risks, and adjust as needed to ensure we prioritize the best interests of our customers, kitchen staff, contracted drivers, and vendors.

Best wishes,

Chris Baggott
