Senior Account Manager (Video Production + Social Media)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Pop’N Creative is currently seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager with a proven track record in creative marketing and video production management. The candidate must have exceptional client relationship and management skills and expert knowledge of digital and social media. We’re looking for a creative mastermind who can also stay on top of all aspects of client projects, as well as interface daily with clients.
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day client management and collaborating with internal teams to achieve the client’s goals. The candidate must know how to receive and interpret client feedback in a way that gets the job done right, as well as know how to manage teams and timelines to ensure we meet client deliverables.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with TV networks, streaming services like Netflix and Hulu, or film studios. They will also be well-versed in creating content for digital and social platforms, developing production timelines and managing budgets.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Production Management:
- Pitch, brainstorm and build fresh digital/social promotional concepts for TV network and lifestyle clients
- Coordinate and organize shoots for greenlit projects in coordination with the our internal production teams
- Drive the post production process and collaborate with other internal and freelance producers, editors and motion graphic designers to deliver a high quality deliverable
Client Management:
- Leading the internal team in brainstorming to develop client pitches and proposals
- Creating client pitch decks in Google Slides and working with designers to customize
- Acting as the main point of contact between client and Pop’N on specific projects
- Ensuring the team is briefed on all client requirements, guidelines and deliverables
- Running client meetings and interpreting client notes correctly to execute the project
People Management:
- Directing a team of writer/producers, graphic designers, and account managers in producing content for social media and broadcast platforms
- Training junior team members in project management skills
- Briefing executive team on all projects and ensuring they are consistently on-budget
EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrated knowledge in video production, content creation and management
- 5+ years of relevant work experience with a TV network, film studio, or agency
- Experience in producing, and scriptwriting in the digital space
- Strong digital/social, entertainment marketing and branding background
- Proficient with all current social media platforms
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years experience working as an Account Manager or in a similar role
- Experience in Google Drive, Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs) and Wrike are a plus
- Exceptional creative, verbal, and writing skills
- Must be a go-getter with a passion for being innovative in the social media space
- Must be a proactive self-starter
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
- Extensive knowledge of digital and video file formats is a must
- Must provide excellent leadership to the internal team and excellent client service to roster of clients
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to interact with a wide variety of people using diplomacy, tact, and discretion
- A college degree is required
COMPENSATION
- This is a full-time, salaried position with 40+hours/week with growth potential
