HOW CAN I REDEEM MY PREMIER TICKET?

Online or on the App

• Visit the Website (https://www.regmovies.com/) or log onto your Regal Crown Club account through the Regal App.
• Select the desired theatre, movie, and showtime.
• The default adult ticket will need to be deleted or adjusted to Zero.
• You will need to input the 15 digit code on the Premiere eTicket into the line that asks for “Promo Code”.
• After applying the promo code, you will see where the discounted ticket has been applied. Guest will need to apply a separate code for each ticket they want to receive.
• You will then be prompted to select your seat in the auditorium.
• After selecting the seat, you will be asked to review all details and finalize transaction. There is a $1.50 convenience fee for any ticket obtained through website or app.
• You will then receive an email with the receipt. If you used the website, you will receive a confirmation email with the QR code. If you used the app, the QR code will appear under your “Current Tickets”

In Person

• Yo can visit the Self Service Kiosk, Concession Stand, or Guest Service counter.
• At the Concession Stand or Guest Service counter you will be asked what movie and showtime you prefer, selecting your own movie and showtime.
• You will then be asked to provide thealpahanumeric code to the Regal employee, if at the Concession Stand or Guest Service Counter. At the Self Service Kiosk, you will need to introduce your own alphanumeric code at the Kiosk. You will need to apply a separate code for each ticket they want to receive.
• After adding the code, the Premiere eTicket will be applied to the transaction.
• You will then be prompted to select your seat in the auditorium.
• After selecting the seat, you will be asked to review all details and finalize transaction.
• You will then receive a printed receipt and physical ticket with a QR code that will be scanned by the Regal employee taking tickets.

HOW CAN I REDEEM MY CONCESSION VOUCHER TICKET?

You will only have to present your alphanumeric code on your mobile device at concessions… and enjoy the show!

WHERE CAN I USE MY CODE?

You can use your code in any Regal Cinemas location nationwide.

Please note these tickets exclude special movie events such as marathons, double features, fan screenings, MET Opera, Fathom Events, some foreign language films, sporting events, concerts and private screenings. Surcharges apply to all IMAX®, RPX®, ScreenX®, Premium Large Format, 3D and 4DX® films. Luxury upcharges may apply at theatres featuring upgraded amenities and select top tier locations.

WHEN CAN I USE MY TICKETS?

Your Premiere Tickets do not expire. They can be used on any day, at any time, and at any Regal Cinemas location in the United States.
