NOTE: All committal services will be held in the chapel, graveside services can be scheduled by the funeral director with an additional fee of: $575 for weekdays and $800 on Saturdays. Prices subject to change, to schedule an interment, please contact our office at 419-894-8410 Monday-Friday 10am-4pm. Please note: all interments are required 24 hour (open office hours) notice, please do not schedule without approval from our office. No Sunday or Holiday services permitted.
