개인정보 처리 방침
본 "개인정보 처리 방침"은 "blackstar"가 배포하는 "안드로이드 어플리케이션"(이하 "앱") 사용을 위하여 요청하는 "사용자 정보"에 대한 관리 및 운영에 관한 내용입니다.
1. "민감한 권한" 및 "사용자 정보"에 대한 수집
"blakcstar"에서는 사용자가 "앱"을 사용함에 있어 서비스의 이용 내역을 포함한 어떠한 개인 정보도 "blackstar"이 운영/관리하는 서버로의 수집/전송/저장 하지 않습니다.
2. "민감한 권한" 및 "사용자 정보"에 대한 제3자 제공 및 위탁
"blackstar"에서는 정보 이용 목적의 범위를 넘어 사용하거나 제3자에게 제공 또는 위탁하지 않습니다.
3. "개인정보 처리 방침"의 적용 제외
"blackstar"은 무료 배포되는 "앱"에서 수익의 창출을 위하여 광고를 개제할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 "blackstar"은 광고 대행사의 광고 API와 광고를 통하여 링크된 다른 회사의 웹사이트, 어플리케이션 및 자료에 대하여 통제권이 없을 뿐만 아니라 이들이 개인정보를 수집하는 행위에 대하여 "blackstar"의 "개인정보처리방침"이 적용되지 않습니다. 따라서, "blackstar"이 배포한 "앱" 포함하고 있는 광고를 클릭하여 광고를 통하여 링크된 다른 회사의 웹사이트, 어플리케이션 및 자료 페이지로 이동한 경우에는 새로 방문한 사이트 또는 광고에 포함된 개인정보 처리 방침을 반드시 확인하시기 바랍니다.

본 "개인정보 처리 방침"은 2023년 1월 21일부터 시행됩니다.
Privacy policy
This “Personal Information Processing Policy” concerns the management and operation of “user information” requested for use of the “Android Application” (hereinafter “App”) distributed by “blackstar.”
1. Collection of “sensitive permissions” and “user information”
"blakcstar" does not collect/transmit/store any personal information, including service usage details, to servers operated/managed by "blackstar" when users use the "App".
2. Provision and entrustment of “sensitive rights” and “user information” to third parties
“blackstar” does not use information beyond the scope of its intended use or provide or entrust it to a third party.
3. Exclusion from application of “Personal Information Processing Policy”
“blackstar” may post advertisements to generate revenue in the “app” that is distributed for free. In this case, "blackstar" not only has no control over other companies' websites, applications, and materials linked through the advertising agency's advertising API and advertisements, but also has no control over their collection of personal information by "blackstar"'s "personal information processing." “Policy” does not apply. Therefore, if you click on an advertisement containing an "app" distributed by "blackstar" and move to another company's website, application, or data page linked through the advertisement, the personal information processing policy contained in the newly visited site or advertisement will be followed. Please be sure to check.

This “Privacy Policy” is effective from January 21, 2023.
