Spiralling: Opening the Energy Channels Retreat
Updated automatically every 5 minutes

This is an intermediate-advanced level retreat where we engage with the work of fully opening and balancing the energy gates and channels of the body through spiralling energy body practice, completing the energy work which powers Taoist neigong / qigong.

This practice has the capacity to completely renew and re-balance our energy matrix. It is a big undertaking, but very rewarding, as it enormously develops our energy, balance, health and potential on all levels.

We will approach this both through Standing Energy Postures and through movement forms to maximise benefit. The 9-day format gives us the opportunity to do this well, integrating periods of teaching, individual and group feedback, group and solo practice, and rest.
