1.  Opening

1. Welcome and call to order - By Mrs. Wells at 3:40pm
2. Meetings will be on Zoom for the time being

2. Ingenuity Charter School Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP)

1. Midyear Update - Funds used and provided to Ingenuity that were not included in the 2021-2022 Local Control and Accountability Plan include the Expanded Learning Opportunities Grant (ELO), Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief II funds (ESSER II), Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief III funds (ESSER III) The LEA engaged its educational partners in the following ways:

• ELO Grant:

• School Site Council: Meeting held May 2021.
• District English Language Advisory Committee: Meeting held May 2021.
• Teacher and Staff: Survey conducted May 2021.

• ESSER II and ESSER III Funds:

• Input was provided during the development of other LEA plans including the SPSA and LCAP.
• Survey conducted September 2021.
• ESSER III Plan was presented and approved at a public hearing and open meeting.

3. School Safety Plan Committee

1. Committee Report - Updated Frequently with COVID Protocol and inclusion of Independent study Program (Ingenuity Charter)
2. 22-23 Safety Plan approval

4. Healthy Kids Survey - Anonymous survey with question about school atmosphere

1. Grades 3-12 take the survey during school hours.
2. Grades 3-6 is active consent, 7-12 is passive consent.

  V.        School Announcements

      A.   At-home Covid-19 test kits are available to Ingenuity students - If your student has not received their kit please contact their teacher

1. If your student needs school supplies or has technical issues,  students can visit their assigned Resource Center  Monday - Friday

VI.         Roundtable

1. Tutoring services - Schedule is being updated with staff members and times for students to attend tutoring times for math and Spanish.

Translation - Translation services are available by notifying the Director of Operations (619) 263-3009 by noon the day preceding the meeting.

Reasonable accommodation for any individual with a disability - Any individual with a disability who requires reasonable accommodation to participate in a meeting may request assistance by contacting the Director of Operations at (619) 263-3009.

1. Actualización de mitad del año - Los fondos utilizados y proporcionados para Ingenuity que no se incluyeron en el Plan de Responsabilidad y Control Local 2021-2022 incluyen la Subvención de Oportunidades de Aprendizaje Ampliadas (ELO), Fondos de Ayuda de Emergencia para Escuelas Primarias y Secundarias II (ESSER II), Fondos de Ayuda de Emergencia para Escuelas Primarias y Secundarias III (ESSER III) La LEA involucró a sus socios educativos de las siguientes maneras:

4. Encuesta Healthy Kids - Encuesta anónima con preguntas sobre el ambiente escolar

1. Grados 3-12 toman la encuesta durante horas escolares.
2. Grados 3-6 consentimiento activo, 7-12 is consentimiento pasivo.

   V.        Anuncios Escolares

1.  Kits de pruebas caseras de Covid - 19 están disponibles para todos los estudiantes de Ingenuity. - Si su estudiante no a recibido su prueba por favor hágale saber a su maestro(a)  
2. Si su estudiante necesita materiales escolares o tiene problemas técnicos, los estudiantes pueden visitar su Centro de Recurso asignado de Lunes a Viernes.

VI.         Mesa Redonda

1. Servicios  de Tutoría - Se está actualizando un nuevo horario para proporcionar tutoria en matematicas y clase de Español
