What can I expect from the experience?

Mira.mov is an annual cycle organized and curated by MIRA Festival that explores contemporary visual culture through digital art and immersive audiovisual storytelling. Four digital artists will present their work in our immersive room, allowing us to discover new worlds and art forms.

Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at IDEAL Barcelona, Digital Arts Center. It is located at Carrer del Doctor Trueta, 196, 198, Poblenou, 08005 Barcelona.

What are the center's opening hours?
The event will take place on November 4 at 7:00 p.m.

Do I need to bring any accreditation to enter?
No! You just need your purchased ticket ready to validate.

Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
This experience takes place indoors.

How long does the experience last?
To give you a rough idea, 60 minutes.

Will food and drinks be available for purchase at the venue?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drinks for sale at this event.

Is there parking available?
Unfortunately, there will be no parking at this location, so we recommend that you do not arrive by car.

Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that there will be additional dates. Please check the experience page for updated information on availability, as these are the confirmed dates and times.

Is there a dress code?

About Tickets

Where can I get tickets?
On the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store
On the Fever website.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out when you arrive at the event, so we recommend booking your tickets in advance to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets on the Fever app or on the Fever website.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need additional help. Be sure to include your ticket order number.

Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever app.

I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, in the tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used when purchasing your tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
For this event, all sales are final and tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, or modified. For more information, please see our T&Cs.

About Accessibility

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your visit time to speed up entry.

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, animals are not allowed at the venue for this event, not even service animals.

Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event will take place in an accessible venue that is wheelchair-friendly and suitable for people with reduced mobility.

What items are prohibited during the experience? Can I smoke or vape?
Food and drink are not allowed. Smoking and vaping are not permitted.

Is the experience accessible to deaf or visually impaired people?
Unfortunately, this experience could not be adapted for deaf and visually impaired people. We are doing our best to make all our experiences inclusive, and we recommend that you take a look at other experiences in your city.

Will there be strobe lights?
This event will include strobe lights. The exhibition is open to all audiences, but some groups may be sensitive to the content. You can consult our recommendations in our Legal Notice.

Are chairs available? Can I sit down during the experience/exhibition?
Yes, the entire session takes place in the immersive room where there are beanbags to sit on and enjoy the evening.

Will there be restrooms available on site?
This venue has restrooms. Please ask our staff on site for directions.

Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please be mindful not to disturb other guests. Flash photography, professional equipment, and tripods are not permitted.

Where can I inquire about lost items?
We recommend asking the venue staff if they have found your belongings. If you are unable to ask them on site, please contact info@idealbarcelona.com.

Is there a cloakroom available?
Unfortunately, this venue does not have cloakrooms.

Is there an age requirement? Are strollers allowed?
All ages are welcome to this experience and the space is accessible for strollers.

Children under 3 years old can enter for free. Strollers are allowed in the center.

Children under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian or adult.

Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
