Course Description:

The course will follow three parallel tracks: human factors, design and implementation process, and hardware platforms.

Prerequisites:

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Java

Goals:

Upon the successful completion of this class, students will be able to:

 

  1. Design and implement several multimodal user interfaces. Involve potential users at each phase of the design and testing.
  2. Specify testable performance and usability criteria
  3. Design testing strategies and testing instruments
  4. Conduct usability tests
