Amazon carries a series of imported roller coaster building toys with colorful, curvy track pieces that look pretty darn close to the real thing. Some sets are simpler and under $20, but others have more interesting layouts at around $40.

Candles/Scents from Magic Candle Company

Chad suggested:

Just got my first shipment from the people at Theme Park Alchemy...and I believe this may be a long term relationship. They lovingly produce scented candles & wax melts with fragrant scents that bring to mind some of the best, and most legendary theme park attractions in the world. This one is the "Butter Brew", (and it's part of my wife's Christmas gifts), and it smells "magical".

Marbelocity Mini Coaster

This laser-cut wooden model kit looks great and is handsome enough for display on any roller coaster fan's office desk.  The kits are complicated but the building instructions are surprisingly clear.  This isn't a model you'll snap together in an hour - it takes time to carefully fit the pieces and glue them into place. Everything is fairly sturdy, however, and once assembled it holds together solid.  The optional motor kit will automate your marble run, sending marbles up to the top of the run by a gear lift.  Kits can be combined to make a series of runs that work together, too.  Check out the larger Dragon Coaster as well as the "skate park" models.  A cool gift for kids and adults who like to build.

This amazing t shirt is what a girl might buy for a coaster boy if she really wants to knock the boots! The shirt has the trains from all of Alton towers coasters on it and is affordable too!

I had a nomination for the gift show from a company owned by a listener of both of ours. The company is called Go Swing, and it's a portable swing that is compact that you can bring on a camping trip or a theme park trip and set up anywhere, creating "thrills" for kids of lots of ages.
