The experience takes place in a heritage listed museum, so unfortunately it is not wheelchair accessible. Guests with mobility problems are welcome to attend, but they will only be able to access about 70% of the event if they are unable to travel up or down stairs.

There is a 24-hour paid parking lot at 9A Elizabeth Bay Rd, Elizabeth Bay NSW 2011, which is a 5-minute walk from the venue. There is also limited free street parking near the venue.
