“INKIND’S $1,000 GIVEAWAY” SWEEPSTAKES

PRIZE-SPECIFIC RULES

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.  A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.  The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The Sweepstakes (as defined in the Official Rules) is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes complete agreement and acceptance of (i) the Official Rules, (ii) the applicable Prize-Specific Rules (as defined below), and (iii) the decisions of inKind Cards, Inc. (the “Sponsor”) by the Entrant (as defined in the Official Rules).

Should any conflict exist between the Official Rules, and the prize-specific rules contained herein (“Prize-Specific Rules”), these Prize-Specific Rules will control.

  1. Eligibility: In addition to the requirements listed in the Official Rules, Entrants must be a resident of one of the following states: Illinois, Florida
  2. Prize: One (1) winner will be selected and will receive inKind food and beverage credit (“F&B Credit”) worth One Thousand Dollars ($1,000), to Parker Group to be deposited directly into the Entrant’s inKind account, redeemable at applicable participating restaurants (the “Prize”).  The F&B Credit may only be redeemed at applicable participating restaurants, and does not have value at any other merchant.  THE PRIZE CANNOT BE REDEEMED WITHOUT A WORKING SMARTPHONE CAPABLE OF RUNNING THE INKIND MOBILE APPLICATION.  
  3. Entry Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on July 21, 2021, at 12:00am Central Time and ending July 31, 2021, at 11:59pm Central Time. Entries received before or after this period will be discarded.
  4. Entry Limit: The Entry Limit for the Prize is Twenty-Five (25) Entries.  
  5. Winner Selection: A random drawing held under the supervision of the Sponsor will take place during the week of August 1, 2021 to select an entry (the “Winner”).
  6. Governing Law: This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States of America and the states in which a participating restaurant is located and a Prize may be redeemed, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.  Void where prohibited.
