The following information is for non-member parents who want to purchase Junior memberships for their children, so that they can be signed up for lessons with MPTC Head Pro, Matt Baccarani, or a member of his teaching team.  Only kids with paid memberships can be booked on court for lessons, clinics, camps or general playing time.  Please note that children with Daytime Junior memberships are limited to particular hours, as described in the membership description.  All junior members need to be in a family unit in Court Reserve, our booking system, with an adult as the primary user.  You can create an account on Court Reserve  as a Non-member Guardian and add children to your family.

Setting up your own account as Non-member Guardian

1. Go to https://app.courtreserve.com/Online/Portal/Index/6982
2. Click on the green Create Account button at the top of the Login menu

3. Fill in the info, including your email, telephone number and postal code at a minimum. This info will serve as the emergency contact info for your child.
4. Do not select “Unsubscribe from club emails” or the Club Pro will not be able to contact you regarding new programs, rainouts or other communications regarding your children.
5. Press Submit when you have completed the form.

6. Select Non-member Guardian as your free non-expiring membership type.  This membership has no booking rights for yourself but allows you to add your children to your family and manage their memberships from your account.  Click on the View This Plan button and the Subscribe to this plan button.
7. You now have an account in Moore Park Tennis Club’s booking system

Adding your child or children to your account

1. While logged onto your Court Reserve account, select My Family (If on a computer, hover the mouse over your name to see the menu)
2. Click on the green +Add New Family Member button
3. Enter the required info for your child.

• Select 20XX Daytime (New) Junior Membership
• You will be able to book courts and sign up for junior programs for your child from your account
• If you want your child to log on for themselves to book courts, provide either their own email or give them a Username
• Do NOT enter YOUR email in your child’s email field. Each user on the system must have a unique email, or it can remain blank if you don’t wish your child to log in on to the system on their own.

• Click Save Changes
• Pay the membership fee via credit card.

4. Repeat steps 2-3 for the next child, if applicable
5. If you miss the opportunity to pay during the above steps, select the Pay Fees button from the home page of your account (click on the MPTC icon to get back to the home page).
6.  The membership is not complete until payment is made and will be canceled if payment is not received within 3 days

Using your account

1. Go to https://app.courtreserve.com/Online/Portal/Index/6982
2. Login with your email as the username and the password that you set when creating the account.  Use the forgot password link on the login screen if you don’t remember the password
3. To book a tennis court for your child to play with each other or with other members:

1. Select Reservations->Book a Court from the top menu of the home page
2. Click on the “Reserve button” on the day and time that you want your child to play

3. Pull down the “Reserve For” dropdown and select your child’s name.  Remember that you cannot book courts for yourself
4. Select Singles or Doubles from Reservation Type to play with another member.  If you want to play with your child, select Singles with Guest or Doubles with Guest and enter the number of guests.  A fee of $10 per guest per booking must be paid at the time of booking.
5. Select the duration of play
6. If playing with another member, type the name (first or last) of the partner that your child will play with and select the name from the resultant dropdown; Press Add Player
7. Read the Reservation Disclosure text and select the checkbox to agree
8. Press Save to finalize the reservation

4. Note the booking restrictions for a Daytime Junior Program Member

1. Can play between 7am-5:59pm on weekdays and 1-6pm on weekends
2. Can book up to 48 hours in advance
3. Can have up to 120 minutes on the system at any time

Membership Renewal

Next season, you will be able to purchase new seasonal membership(s) for your child/children from this account.  Email instructions will be sent during the renewal period.
