Day 1: I’ve started to look at my life and I don’t know where I went wrong I said yes to what seems is more words than I even know how to speak… here goes

This book of codes comes to in effect on Monday the 22nd of April of 2019 at the time of 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time. No Part of this book is a legal document and should not be used outside of the Game Server. K33N Gaming holds no legal responsibility to this document outside of the Game Server

Definitions

Willfully- with a purpose or willingness commit the act, or make the omission referred to. It does not require any intent to violate the law, or to injure, or to acquire any advantage

Peace Officer- any sworn employee of the government tasked with maintaining public order

Malice/maliciously- with a wish to vex, annoy, or injure another person, or an intent to commit a wrongful act, established by either proof or presumption of law

Knowingly- with a knowledge that the facts exist which bring the act or omission within the provisions of this Code. It does not require any knowledge of the unlawfulness of such an act or omission.

Bribe- anything of value or advantage, present or prospective, or any promise or undertaking to give any, asked, given, or accepted, with a corrupt intent to influence, unlawfully, the person to whom it is given, in his or her action, vote, or opinion, in any public or official capacity.

Property- inclusive of real and personal property

Real property- lands, tenements, and hereditaments

Personal property- money, goods, chattels, things in action, or evidence of debt

Month- One calendar month, unless otherwise expressed

Section- a part of this Code, unless some other code or statute is expressly mentioned

Felony- any crime in which the maximum punishment is greater than 12 months in state prison

Misdemeanor- any crime in which the maximum punishment is less than 12 months in state prison

Infraction- any crime in which the maximum punishment is solely a fine.

State of San Andreas Penal Code

Section 31: All persons concerned in the commission of a crime, whether it be felony or misdemeanor, and whether they directly commit the act constituting the offense, or aid and abet in its commission, or, not being present, have advised and encouraged its commission, and all person counseling, advising, or encouraging children under the age of fourteen years, or persons who are mentally incapacitated, to commit any crime, or who, by fraud, contrivance, or force, occasion the drunkenness of another for the purpose of causing him to commit any crime, or who, by threats, menaces, command, or coercion, compel another to commit any crime, are principals in any crime so committed  ADD PUNISHMENT HERE

Section 32: Every person who, after a felony has been committed, harbors, conceals or aids a principal in such felony, with the intent that said principal may avoid or escape from arrest, trial, conviction or punishment, having knowledge that said principal has committed such felony or has been charged with such felony or convicted thereof, is an accessory to such felony ADD PUNISHMENT HERE
