Trustee Statement

College Hill Presbyterian Church 

The College Hill Presbyterian Church would like to invite bids for the purchase of three (3) properties (315, 317, 319) located on CR 102 to be sold as one parcel. The Church will accept and consider as qualifying offers those for the entire parcel equal to or more than $735,000.00.  The Church has no interest at this time in parceling out the separate dwellings and desires to sell the property as one (1) contiguous tract.  The Church reserves the right to select as the prevailing offer that most effectuates the collective goals of the congregation, even if that offer is not that for the highest gross monetary value. All of those submitting bids will be contacted regarding the status of their bid by October 8, 2025.

Offers from interested parties should be submitted directly to our legal representative in writing on or before October 3, 2025. The Church will notify the party whose offer is accepted by close of business on October 8, 2025.  A thirty (30) day diligence period will commence on October 8th, during which time the parties will complete and execute the necessary contract(s) to memorialize the purchase and sale agreement. Closing shall occur at the first commercially reasonable time agreeable to the parties after the expiration of the diligence period.

The Church offers the subject property for sale "as is - where is." It will not warrant the suitability or fitness of the property for the potential purchaser, the condition of the structures, nor accept an offer subject to a home inspection contingency as a term of the proposed contract.

The Church will make the subject property available for viewing to interested parties at mutually agreeable times between 10:00AM and 4:00PM CST on Friday, September 26, 2025. The Church shall also be willing to offer to pay up to a 3% commission on the total of the prevailing offer to the buyer's broker/agent.

CHPC is currently raising funds for the construction of new church facilities due to catastrophic loss caused by fire. Proceeds from the sale of this property will be used to assist the church in the rebuilding process.
