How Much Is the Volunteer Fee and When Do I Pay It?
- Fall/Spring Registrations
- During the registration process, each family will be charged a $100 Volunteer Fee.
- Spring-Only Registrations
- During the registration process, each family will be charged a $75 Volunteer Fee.
What Do I Need to Do to Have My Volunteer Fee Reimbursed Back To Me?
- Fall/Spring Registrations
- Those families who have logged 4 or more hours of time will be reimbursed.
- Spring-Only Registrations
- Those families who have logged 2 or more hours of time will be reimbursed.
Please Note: Our club is run solely by Volunteers. We are happy to have you contribute more than the minimum required hours. More hands make for lighter work.

- We use Sign-Up Genius to recruit and have families sign up for openings.
- We send clubwide emails out when we are looking to fill many of our Behind-the-Scenes openings.
- We are currently in great need for more people to help behind-the-scenes as we work to improve many of our processes and to maintain/improve communication.

When Will I Receive My Volunteer Fee Reimbursement?
- Volunteer Reimbursement Checks are cut for distribution twice a year.
- If you fulfilled your volunteer hours in the Fall Season, your reimbursement check will be available by the BEGINNING of the Spring Season.
- They will be available at the Polk Field Concession Stands beginning on the first Soccer Saturday of the Spring Season.
- If you fulfill your volunteer hours in the Spring Season, your reimbursement check will be available at the END of the Spring Season.
- They will be available at the Polk Field Concession Stands the last two Soccer Saturdays of the Spring Season.
- Any remaining checks will be mailed.
- Please make your best effort to pick them up as the cost of postage adds up quickly.
- An email will go out notifying you when and where checks will be available.
This process may be revised as we learn more about the system used for registration and hours tracking.
