At Alderwood, we use the PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) framework to create a positive and supportive environment for everyone.
Our core values are embodied in the acronym STARS: Safety first, Treat everyone with kindness, Act with integrity, Respectful and responsible choices, Solve problems with grit.
These principles guide student behavior and decision-making across campus, promoting consistency and a sense of community.
By teaching, modeling, and reinforcing these expectations, we ensure that all students have the tools and support they need to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.
As Owl STARS, we work together to create a campus culture that uplifts everyone!
