The following Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Worthmore ApS (“Worthmore”), a telecommunications company registered under Danish law with CVR no. 41648767, with its principal place of business at Danneskiold-Samsøes Allé 41, 1434 København, Copenhagen, Denmark. These Terms and Conditions, together with any electronic order confirmation reflecting your purchase and any specific product terms (the “Specific Terms”), constitute the binding legal agreement (the “Agreement”) between you and Worthmore.
By engaging with our services, whether it's subscribing to a mobile plan, selling or donating your device, or simply exploring our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions herein. It's your responsibility to stay informed and comply with these terms as they apply to the products and services you use.
To enter into a subscription agreement with Worthmore, you or a legal guardian or representative must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. When you sign up for our mobile phone services, the main account holder is required to provide accurate personal information including their full name, residential address, CPR number, mobile number, and email address. We use this information solely for the purposes of fulfilling the legal requirements by the Danish Authorities to complete a KYC check on every subscriber to our network, protect you against fraud, and to ensure your contact details are up to date through the National Register. Worthmore ApS treats your personal information with the utmost confidentiality and does not share it with unrelated third parties.
In the event of any discrepancies between the information you provide and the National Register, Worthmore ApS will default to the National Register for your service delivery and billing address.
Worthmore ApS may request proof to verify that all your provided information is correct. Any variations from these terms will only be recognized if they are explicitly agreed upon in writing by both you and Worthmore ApS.

At Worthmore ApS, we've designed our mobile subscription packages to be straightforward — one flat monthly fee that encompasses all the essentials you need. We've done away with complex tiered plans and hidden fees to ensure you have a seamless and transparent service experience.
The following sections will provide detailed information on how to sign up for a new subscription, receive your SIM card, transfer your current number, and understand what is included and not included in your monthly plan. Additionally, we will cover fees, overage charges, payment methods, available discounts, and the process for canceling a subscription should you need to.

In line with our commitment to making a difference, we've initiated the "Worthmore Impact Fund." Instead of investing in costly advertising campaigns, we dedicate 15kr from every subscriber's monthly fee to this fund. The Worthmore Impact Fund is our way of contributing to the community — by supporting inspiring individuals, projects, and organizations dedicated to making the world a better place.
Each year, we'll share an annual report detailing the projects and causes we've supported, showcasing the real change your contributions have helped to make. By choosing Worthmore ApS, you're not just getting a mobile subscription; you're joining a movement that values progress and positive impact.
Embracing simplicity and ease, signing up for a new mobile subscription with Worthmore ApS is straightforward. Here’s how you can get started:
Select an Activation Date and number of subscriptions: Visit our website and select the number of Sim cards you would like to activate on our EU all-inclusive mobile plan for a flat rate of 149kr per month. Select an activation date and if you would like to keep your current number or get a new one per SIM card.
Keeping your number: You may choose to keep your current number with us and have us transfer it from your current provider for free. If you choose to keep your number note that it can take a few days for us to process this request and not all numbers can be transferred automatically.
Provide Your Personal Details: Fill in the online application form with your personal information, including your name, address, and CPR number. This information will be used to set up your account and perform a standard KYC check required by Danish law for all telecom providers to ensure your eligibility. We do not share your data with any non relevant 3rd parties.
Acceptance and Confirmation: Once your application is approved, you’ll receive an electronic confirmation via E-mail. This will serve as your agreement with Worthmore ApS, outlining your subscription details and next steps.
Receive your Welcome Kit: Following confirmation, we’ll send you a free welcome kit that includes your new SIM card and all the information you need to get started and activate your new Worthmore Account. We do not have E-sims at this time. It typically takes between 5-7 business days for you to receive your free physical SIM card in the mail.
NOTE: Signing up with Worthmore ApS also means you're automatically contributing to the Worthmore Impact Fund, with 15kr of your monthly fee going towards initiatives that make a tangible difference in society. More Information about our impact fund can be found here.
NOTE: To ensure a responsible environmental footprint, we use electronic billing and email communication by default. If you wish to receive a paper bill you can request this service via the live chat on our website or email us at founders@worthmore.io - It will come with an added cost of 99 DKK/mo.

Generous National Data Allowance: Experience the internet without constraints with 100GB of data at blazing-fast speeds within Denmark. Speeds may be reduced after you've used over 20GB of data.
20GB Free EU Data: Your subscription includes 20GB of data from your monthly 100GB allowance for use outside of Denmark but within EU borders, at no extra cost each month. You can find the full list of EU countries covered by this offer here.
Free EU SMS/MMS/Calls From Within Denmark: Send and receive SMS/MMS and make calls to your loved ones anywhere in the EU from Denmark, completely free and without any limits.
Unlimited National Calls and SMS/MMS: Enjoy limitless communication with unlimited calls and SMS/MMS to and from any +45 number within Denmark.
Supporting Good Causes: Take pride in knowing that 15kr from your monthly subscription is automatically directed towards the Worthmore Impact Fund. This initiative funds a variety of impactful projects and organizations that are making a positive difference in the world.

At Worthmore ApS, we aim for transparency and ease in every aspect of our service, including how we handle fees and overage charges. IT is our goal to make it easy for you to understand your bill on time and pay in a simple and straightforward manner. All payments are processed via Stripe, Worthmore does not store or save any personal payment details of our users in effort to ensure a secure purchasing process.
Easily Track your usage: You can effortlessly monitor any usage beyond your package through our user-friendly customer care portal. This platform provides real-time insights into your data consumption, call time, and incurred charges, ensuring you stay informed about your mobile service expenses. If you notice any weird activity on your account please contact customer service immediately so we can help ensure the safety and security of your account.
Billing Cycle and Overage Charges: Overage charges for services used outside of your base subscription are calculated at the end of each billing cycle. These charges are then added to your base subscription fee. Your base subscription plus any overage fees will be automatically charged to the credit or debit card you have on file with us.
Failed Payment Protocol: In the event that a payment is unsuccessful, we will attempt to charge the card on file three additional times. Concurrently, we will make three attempts to contact you via email to notify you of the failed payment and provide the reason for the payment failure.
Suspension Policy: If the outstanding balance remains unpaid after 14 days from the initial payment date, we will suspend your account services pending payment. This is a protective measure to prevent further overage charges from accruing.
Debt Collection: In cases where payment has not been received after 45 days, the account will be referred to the Danish RKI (Debtor Register) for collection. This step is taken as a last resort and is in compliance with Danish debt collection laws.
Keeping You Informed: We understand that circumstances can arise that may affect timely payments. Our commitment is to keep the lines of communication open. Should you encounter any issues with your billing, we encourage you to reach out to our customer service team promptly so we can assist in finding a resolution.
At Worthmore ApS, we appreciate our customers and love to give back. That's why we occasionally surprise our subscribers with discounts on their monthly subscription fees. Discounts may be awarded to users at various times and for various reasons, such as promotional events, loyalty rewards, or special occasions. These discounts are our way of saying 'thank you' for being a part of the Worthmore family. Each discount comes with its own set of terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time the discount is offered. These terms will outline the duration, scope, and any specific criteria related to the discount.
Changes to Discounts
Please note that discounts are subject to change in accordance with their specific terms. Worthmore ApS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any discount offer at any time. Rest assured, any changes will be communicated to the affected customers promptly.
Redeeming Your Discounts
If you're eligible for a discount, it will automatically be applied to your subscription fee. You can view all applied discounts in your customer care portal, where you can also track your subscription details and usage.
Stay Updated
We encourage you to regularly check your emails and our website for any announcements regarding new discounts or changes to existing ones. This way, you won't miss out on any opportunity to save on your subscription.
At Worthmore ApS, we strive to offer flexible subscription options to suit your changing needs. You have the freedom to cancel your subscription within 14 days of initiating a contract or renewing your monthly plan. This period allows you to reassess your decision and ensures that you are completely satisfied with our service.
Account Settlement Before Number Release
In the event that you decide to switch to another telecom provider, it is important to note that your number will only be released once your account is fully up-to-date and all outstanding invoices have been settled. This is to ensure a smooth transition for you between services.
Pausing Your Subscription
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to temporarily suspend your service. Worthmore ApS offers the option to put your account on hold for up to three months. During this time, your account will remain inactive, but your number will be retained. To pause your account, simply get in touch with our customer service team. They will guide you through the process and help with any other queries you may have.
How to Cancel
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact our customer service directly. Our team will assist you with the necessary steps and ensure that your cancellation request is processed promptly and efficiently.
After Cancellation
Upon cancellation, if there are no outstanding balances on your account, the subscription will be terminated, and any pre-paid fees beyond the date of cancellation will be refunded.
Worthmore is proud to facilitate the donation of used devices to support the Worthmore Impact Fund. Our aim is to make the process seamless for you while ensuring that your contributions make a significant impact. Below are the detailed terms and conditions that govern the donation of devices via our platform.
We have partnered with Foxway, a third-party device processing expert, to handle the refurbishment and valuation of donated devices. Their skilled team works diligently to ensure that each device is refurbished to the highest standard, thereby maximizing its value for the Worthmore Impact Fund.
Upon donating your smartphone, Foxway will take over the refurbishment process. They pay us for each device collected, and 100% of these proceeds go directly to the Worthmore Impact Fund.
We understand the importance of data security. We recommend that you erase all content from your device before submitting it. However, Foxway will rigorously perform a 38-step data removal process on every collected device. This procedure complies with stringent EU standards for personal data processing, ensuring complete data erasure. In the unlikely event of a data breach, Foxway is subject to criminal prosecution and potential claims for damages.
The valuation of your donated device is conducted using a specialized tool provided by Foxway, which considers the make, model, and condition of the device against current market values. This collaborative effort with Foxway is designed to ascertain the most accurate value for your device, ensuring that the Worthmore Impact Fund benefits optimally from your contribution.
After the evaluation and processing of your device are complete, you will receive a confirmation of donation from Worthmore.io. This confirmation will detail the assessed value of your device as contributed to the Worthmore Impact Fund and will serve as an official record of your generous donation.
These terms and conditions govern your purchase of a secondhand device as a consumer ("Customer") from Worthmore, including any transactions made through our website, operated by Worthmore.
By purchasing from Worthmore, the Customer confirms they are of legal age according to the relevant legislation.
With every device purchase, Worthmore contributes 10% of the purchase value to the Worthmore Impact Fund, which supports various social and environmental initiatives.
All prices for devices on our website are displayed in Danish Kroner and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Payment is securely processed via an SSL-encrypted payment gateway and 3rd party payment processor Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, including but not limited to Visa, Mastercard, as well as Apple and Google pay.
Worthmore provides a 2-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for devices purchased from our website.
Customer information is handled in strict confidence and in compliance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
Worthmore shall not be liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of the purchased device.
Upon delivery, inspect the product immediately. If you find a defect, notify us in writing within 5 working days after discovery or within 6 months from delivery.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in accordance with Danish law by the competent courts of Denmark.

Worthmore holds the rights to the website and its contents. As such, elements like images, graphics, design, layout, product details, and other content cannot be replicated or utilized without Worthmore's prior written consent. Worthmore reserves the right to correct any typographical errors, change prices, or rectify any technical errors present on the website.
Worthmore retains the right to amend these general terms and conditions as and when deemed necessary.
