THE EXPERIENCE

What is The Jury Experience and what can I expect?

The Jury Experience is an immersive courtroom drama where you become part of the story as a juror. Analyze testimonies, cross-examinations, and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote will determine the accused’s fate in this high-stakes theatrical event.

How long does the experience last?

The experience will last approximately 1 hour.

Will there be strobe lights?

No, there will not be any strobe lights.

Are seats numbered?

No, seats are not assigned. Seating is first-come, first-served within the zone you select when purchasing your ticket.


TICKETS

What are the different types of tickets available?

A reserve: Best visibility

B reserve: Good visibility, located on the sides

C reserve: Fair visibility, positioned further back
D reserve: Fair visibility, positioned further back behind C reserve

Can I buy a ticket on site on the day of the event?

Tickets cannot be purchased on site. All tickets must be purchased via the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Is it necessary to buy a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here.

Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based on availability).

Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please  contact us indicating your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs, or reach out to our user support team here.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no additional cost. It's easy: click "Transfer tickets" on the ticket in the Fever app. For further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us stating your ticket ID.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same login method you used to make your purchase. You will also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.

Do I need to print out my ticket?

You do not need to print out your ticket, which will be validated via the Fever app upon your arrival at the venue.

Where does the show take place?

The show takes place at The Old Museum, 480 Gregory Terrace, Bowen Hills QLD 4006, Australia

Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?

This experience takes place indoors in a heated/air-conditioned venue.

Are food and drinks available on site for purchase?

No, food and drinks are not available for purchase on site.

Are animals allowed?

Animals, except for assistance animals, are not allowed.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue. Accessible seating is limited to Zone A and B only.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

This is a seated experience, so seating will be available for every guest.

Will toilet facilities be available on site?

Yes, the venue has toilets; you can ask our on-site staff for directions.

Is there parking on site?

There are parking spaces available in the surrounding parking garages, and limited street-side parking is also offered. However, the venue does not have its own dedicated parking. We recommend using public transportation or sustainable alternatives for this experience.

Is cloakroom service available?

Unfortunately, this location does not have a cloakroom service.

Rules

Can I take photos or record the performance?

Photos and videos can only be taken during the curtain call and without flash.

Can I use my phone during the performance?

No, the phone must be in silent mode during the entire performance.

Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be allowed to leave your seat except in an emergency.

What are the prohibited items at the experience? Can I smoke or vape?

Smoking and vaping are prohibited. Other prohibited items are:

External alcohol

Hot food or beverages

Strong smelling food or any form of glass

Audio recording devices

Drugs and drug paraphernalia

Flammables

Torches

Lasers

Professional cameras

Promotional items/unauthorized solicitations/vendors (including flyers, samples, giveaways)

Selfie sticks/tripods
