o   Non-Choir students are selling chocolates (Rebecca Parrone to have a conversation with Mr. Walton about non-choir students).

o   Recommendation for next year: break up the boxes into half boxes to be more affordable and eliminate taking on credit option.

o   Kim will reconcile chocolates and send issues.

-       Presidents Council:

o   Shared gaming license for all school organizations to share.

-       Rebecca mentioned having Dance be a PE selection for students.

o   Chris Schwarz stated that it is state mandated and that it could not happen.

o   Jennifer Welch stated Title I – it is used to get other experience credits (can it be used or this as well).

o   Suzi Francese stated JROTC does not take gym. Chris stated JROTC has its own mandated program.

o   Refrigerator – working on getting for cabaret use. Suzi to call Mary. Ed will be there on the 22nd10:30 AM to donate cakes for cabaret. Tyf will meet him.

o   Sign-up genius was sent. Not a lot of sign-ups at this time.

o   No 50/50 license was acquired therefore raffle cannot be done.

o   Tickets – live on website 1/13/2019.

o   Flyers will be dropped at different elementary schools to hang in the teacher’s lounge.

o   Facebook event create – please share.

o   Send out emails to all CPA to volunteer to help / donate food/drinks.

o   Reserved tables: Only a few reservations allowed. Need to purchase 10 tickets in order to reserve a table. Can reserve online.

o   Kids pre-sale tickets due back Tuesday before show.

o   Email blast will be sent

o   Need to request 25 tables from custodial staff

o   Moved parent meeting to 1/22/2019 due to revised cast list and missing parent emails. Rebecca and Tyf will run the meeting.

o   Issue tickets at first rehearsal

o   Get student contacts – Maleah

o   Cast list is on the website

o   Rehearsal schedule is on the website

o   Valentine grams – WSS fundraiser

o   Tyf to email Kim about Canning

o   Program:

§ Need volunteer to head

§ Gather all information to go into the playbill

§ Will ask for volunteers at parent meeting.

-       NYC Trip: Suzi will have more information by the end of the week.

-       TAKE FLYERS for Cabaret!
