Welcome Back Letter from your principal, Mr. Stipp
Warrior News and Events as of August 17, 2026
Here are all of your WV Important Dates for 2026-2027 School Year
- Subject to minor changes
Bell Schedule for Monday, Aug 17th - The First Day of School: Due to the construction and restricted passage ways, our first day of school will look a bit different! We will host our Freshmen Class of 2030 in the morning for LINK UP Activities. This will be followed by a lunch period from 10:00-10:50 and then they will migrate through their schedule, periods 1-8. Sophomore students through Senior students will attend their first day of class via Google Meets with their teacher!
26-27 Academic Advisory Bell Schedule This bell schedule will be used for the fall semester. Since we are without any large spaces AND lunch spaces have been impacted so as to not allow as much time for academic support, this schedule allows for students to seek out that academic support during the mornings.
Yearbook Pickup: Tues. 8/18 - Fri. 8/21 in Room 107 RIGHT AFTER SCHOOL.
Auditions for Freshman Play: 2026 Freshman Play is Inside Out. Auditions are on Monday, August 24th @ 2:30 PM in Room 205. Please visit WVHS' Theatre Website for audition information or see Mrs. Peplow in room 205.
PICTURE DAY! On Monday, August 31st -- All students will have their ID Picture taken during their PE/Health/Driver Ed class. The photographers will be set up and ready to take student pictures at the start of the day and then VIP Photography will communicate with parents about school year picture packages. The pictures will be used for ALL student ID’s, yearbook and within Synergy. Seniors may also use this picture opportunity for the yearbook, or they may go off-site to a VIP location to get their senior picture taken for the yearbook.
Parents of Seniors! As you move into your senior year, consider using VIP for your Senior Photos! Please read the flyer in its entirety. Senior Yearbook photos will be taken at school during 'Picture Day' which is Monday, Aug 31st*. For all other info, please see the attached flyer. VIP FLYER
