We aim to improve the health of the wider public through continuous engagement, education and community building, and to improve the quality of life for those who choose us to be their partner in personal and business growth.
To do so, we are providing various services to members, including these online services, access to physical space, education and individual mentorship subject to the following terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions address matters including your rights and responsibilities as well as proper usage and possible misuse of our services. You will be deemed to have agreed with them through your subscription to any of our subscription plans or continued use of our website and services.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information that pertains to your privacy. When you access or use the Service, you signify your agreement to the Privacy Policy as well as these Terms.
In consideration of your payment to us of any fees for plan subscriptions or events, we permit you to use the Plan Inclusions and Services governed and defined by these Terms.

Plans other than the base Plans above may be created from time to time. Prices and inclusions for those will be provided in the Site.
Plans are subject to the following conditions:
The following additional Business Services are available in accordance with our published rates updated from time to time. These Services are available to all Members on an optional basis and may be subject to additional charges:
Plans may be signed up for at the Site. Inclusions in addition to the base inclusions stated herein and the Plan fee may be reviewed on the Site. A person is required to provide at least his/her full name (or widely known nickname and surname), an effective phone number, email address, credit card details and the name or other identifier of his/her sponsoring Member. We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to not provide or terminate a Plan if the information is not received or we suspect the information is inaccurate, untrue or incomplete.
Credit card billing is a mandatory requirement for membership. By selecting credit card payment, you irrevocably authorise us, on the invoice due date (usually the first of each month), to deduct the Plan fee, along with any relevant taxes payable in advance, and all Services and Products billed in arrears from your credit card. A pro-rata adjustment will be made for any partial period. For data security purposes, we will not have access to your full credit card number or security code after you provide it to the system.
Failed credit card payments - Should payment fail, we will attempt to deduct the invoiced amount a few more times in the next few days.
In the event that an invoice is not settled in full within 14 day(s) from the issue date, we will be entitled to:
We will not claim late fees, penalties or surcharges for late/failed payments by Members. The idea is simply to suspend Plan and Service offerings until the Member is able to pay all arrears and outstanding invoices.
As a community run by volunteers, we use Plan fees and other income received to pay for rent and utilities, which you will appreciate are quite expensive in Hong Kong. A reasonable reserve may also be kept for future office revamp, upkeep and fancy members’ events. Plan fees may be adjusted subject to annual rate review. You will be given a minimum notice period of 30 days for any changes in fees that you pay on a regular basis, including Plan fees.
A Plan may require the payment of a deposit (“Deposit”) prior to taking effect. The Deposit will be returned to the Member’s designated bank account within 60 days after the relevant Plan terminates, provided that the Member has complied with its obligations under this Agreement and subject to the deduction of an amount in respect of outstanding invoices.
Deduction from the Deposit by us shall not relieve the Member from any of his/her obligations under this Agreement nor otherwise limit our right to recover against the Member for any breach of this Agreement found during or after the termination of a Plan.
We may set off any amount from the Deposit with regard to a breach of this Agreement by a Member. We will inform the Member In the event of any withdrawal from the Deposit by us for any default by the Member and the Member must replace any such sum withdrawn within 14 days of being so notified.
If the Member fails to provide sufficient information to return the Deposit within 90 days after the termination of his/her Plan, the Deposit shall be deemed forfeited to us without any further notice.
We generally require valid tickets to enter any of our events (“Events”) and associated venues, which can be purchased from us. All attendees under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a guardian who is over 18 years of age. We reserve the right to demand proof of age in the form of your Hong Kong Identity card, passport or other form of proof of identity acceptable to us. We reserve the right to refuse anyone entry to any Event and venue.
We reserve the right to cancel any Event at any stage, if deemed necessary in our sole opinion. Such situations include inclement weather, illness or other circumstances outside our control. We will consider refunds or rescheduling if we deem appropriate. In the event that an Event is cancelled or the schedule is changed, we will not be liable for the payment of any compensation or any loss of money and/or expenses incurred.
Events may be filmed and items used for internet streaming. By attending an Event, you provide your consent to the use of your actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising or exploitation of any film, video and /or audio recording of the Event or any element thereof in any media of whatever form throughout the world. If you do not wish your photograph to be taken at an Event, please notify us before or during the Event and we will use reasonable endeavours to comply with your request.
You understand and acknowledge that extended exposure to loud noise may cause damage to hearing and that smoke effects, strobe lighting and loud noises may be used at our Events. We will bear no liability to you in relation to any damage caused by these matters.
By default, event tickets are irrevocable once sold. Some event tickets may be cancellable by the purchaser, in which case credit refunds will be made.
Any amount payable by the Member for any Plan, Event, Service or Product will be exclusive of local taxes, including, but not limited to goods and services tax. If any supply made by us under these Terms is taxable, we will provide you with a valid invoice usable for taxation purposes and then you must then pay us an additional amount equal to the amount payable by the Member for such supply multiplied by the prevailing local tax rate.
Termination of a Plan will be subject to the following terms:
Members have 14 days to dispute a charge from the invoice due date. We will only provide a cash refund in the event that an incorrect amount has been charged to the Member. In all other cases, refunds will be provided in the form of one-to-one credits usable in the portal or app to pay for Plans, events or other AMA21NG charges.
