FIN PURCELL – GOALKEEPER

Fin joined Uxbridge at the start of the season from Southend United. A regular member of their Youth Team, he started his career at Arsenal’s Academy. A great shot-stopper!

VICTOR-ANDREI CRISTEA – GOALKEEPER

Victor-Andrei joined Uxbridge last season and played a big part in our Under 23’s successful campaign.

JOSH ANDREW – DEFENDER

An experienced defender at Step 4, Josh has made the right-back slot his own since making his debut in March 2022.

LUKE PARIS – DEFENDER

A commanding centre-back Luke is in his second season at Honeycroft, having joined from Windsor FC. A full international for Anguilla where he has played in World Cup Qualification.

SHAUN PREDDIE – DEFENDER

Former Harrow Borough Captain who made over 300 appearances for the Earlsmead Club. His experience will be vital at the heart of The Reds defence.

LEWIS PATRICK – DEFENDER

In his second season with Uxbridge having joined in the summer of 2022 from Risborough Rangers. A pacey full back who likes to get forward and support the attack. Young Player of the Year winner 2022/23.

SEAN MCGUINNESS – DEFENDER

Young defender who joined from Chalfont St Peter in February 2023. Tall and elegant player who looks to have a bright future.

RYAN HAUGH – DEFENDER

Equally at home at full back or in the centre of defence. Joined Uxbridge from Harrow Borough in 2019 but missed most of last season through injury.

BRYAN TAYLOR – DEFENDER

Left-sided defender who can deliver telling crosses. Signed for the club this summer from Chertsey Town.

MICHAEL BRYAN – MIDFIELD

Vastly experienced midfielder who was previously with Harrow Borough. Will add guile and skill to the middle of the park. Spent eight years at Earlsmead and has also played for Hendon.

ALAN HEDLEY – DEFENDER/MIDFIELD

Made his 100th appearance for The Reds last season having joined from Chalfont St Peter in 2019. Mr consistent, he was named Supporters Player of the Year last season.

KENSLEY MALONEY – MIDFIELD

Skilful player who is always in the thick of the action in centre midfield. Joined in March 2022 after a brief spell at Marlow FC.

LEWIS COLE – MIDFIELD

Lewis began his career at Uxbridge, making his first team debut at just 19 years of age in 2014. Left Honeycroft in 2017 to join Harrow Borough. Had brief spells at Chertsey Town and Hanwell Town last season.

ALEX WITHAM – MIDFIELD/FORWARD

Uxbridge’s top scorer last season, which saw him pick up the Player of the Year award. Good in the air and with his feet his versatility makes him a managers dream. Former Arsenal Youth, who played alongside Jack Wilshire for the Gunners.

EZRA NDUKUBA – MIDFIELD/FORWARD

Attacking midfielder with quick feet. Has an eye for goal and the Club are delighted to have him back after he missed the whole of last season with a serious injury.

DEAN MORGAN - FORWARD

Came to Honeycroft this season after a long career in the Football League. Previous Clubs include Colchester United, Reading, Luton Town, MK Dons, Leyton Orient, Chesterfield and Wycombe Wanderers. Will be a real asset to The Reds forward line this season.

BRAD PAGLIAROLI – MIDFIELD/FORWARD

New signing this season having been part of the successful Binfield side last term. Wide player who gets his fair share of goals with his direct play. Has also represented Thatcham Town.

ANUAR CEESAY – MIDFIELD/FORWARD

Exciting young player who was previously at Tooting & Mitcham United. Signed this summer and has shone in Pre-Season with goals and assists.

BERNARD MENSAH – FORWARD

Previous Clubs include Watford, where he was part of their Youth set-up, Aldershot Town, Bristol Rovers, Gloucester City and Redditch United. A talented striker who joined the Club this season.

MAL THOMAS – MIDFIELD/FORWARD

Prolific goal scorer for Badshot Lea, which helped them gain promotion to Step 4 last season. Wide man who likes to get forward on every occasion.

MANAGEMENT TEAM

DANNY EDWARDS – FIRST TEAM MANAGER

Previously at Chalfont St Peter for 15 seasons as manager. Oversaw the club’s promotion to step 4 and an FA Vase semi-final. Danny is in his 5th season at the helm at Uxbridge, having also previously worked at Chelsea FC and Southampton FC and is an UEFA A-Licence coach.

FRED CUMMINGS – ASSISTANT MANAGER

Joined Uxbridge from Chalfont St Peter with Danny Edwards in 2019. An UEFA B Licence coach who has also held positions at Slough Town, Hemel Hempstead Town and Wealdstone. Played over 400 for Uxbridge and is a huge influence for the players.

LUKE BROOKS-SMITH – COACH

Luke is in his second season at Honeycroft having joined from Windsor FC. Was a player at Chalfont St Peter under Danny Edwards and is a UEFA B qualified coach. Luke leads the clubs training sessions and has spent 15 years as a coach with the Brentford Sports Trust.

JOHN CARROLL – COACH

John came from Chalfont St Peter with Danny Edwards in 2019. An UEFA B Licence coach who captained the successful Chalfont St Peter side that won promotion to step 4. Previous clubs include Beaconsfield Town and Luton Town.

SHAKA MUGHAL – GOALKEEPING COACH

As a player Shaka played for Millwall and Chalfont St Peter. A huge influence and strong personality both on and off the pitch. Also responsible for assisting with all coaching sessions.

JOSEPH PEACOCK – PHYSIO

Joined the club at the beginning of the 2022/23 season. An integral member of the management team who is responsible for players recovery. A fully qualified Physio his support is vital on matchdays.

COLIN FINCH – LOGISTICS MANAGER / CLUB SECRETARY

The most important member of the group! Without Colin’s support the group is unable to operate as professionally as it does. Responsible for all key issues in and around the changing room. Previously at Chalfont St Peter, Rayners Lane and North Greenford United.

KI TURNER – VIDEOGRAPHER

Responsible for all recordings of Uxbridge FC games. Supports in and around all training sessions and on matchdays.
