What are the different ticket types?
The Guildhall is divided into sections A, B, C and Balcony based on the quality of the view.
Seats will be assigned to you at the entrance with the help of our staff. Distribution will be done on a first-come, first-served basis and according to the type of ticket you purchased.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you come together, and you all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend you to arrive in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles flammable?
Please note that, for the security of attendees, all candles will be flameless.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts in order to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert will begin on time, and the audience must already be seated beforehand. In case you arrive late, to respect the musicians’ performance and the experience of the audience, you will not be allowed to enter the show.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode during the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in the case of an emergency.
TICKETS
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
IF YES
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I change my ticket?
GENERAL REF. POLICY
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?).
You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket.

Can I have a ticket for a carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here, and we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based in availability).
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
What happens if the weather conditions do not allow for the event to take place?
If the weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location / postponement), please rest assured that we will notify you by email in advance.

How do I get to the venue?
Situated in the heart of Northampton’s cultural quarter, The Guildhall is an iconic and centrally located venue, just a short walk from the town’s shops, restaurants, and historic sites. Well-served by public transport, it’s approximately 10 minutes on foot from Northampton Station and easily accessible via local bus routes.
Will food and beverages be available on site for purchase?
There will be no food or drinks able to purchase in the venue.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
Is there parking available?
Please note that there is no on-site parking available at The Guildhall. We recommend using one of Northampton’s nearby public car parks or Park & Ride services, which provide easy access to the town centre and are within a short walking distance of the venue.
