Membership Agreement

Eligibility

TheZClub is a private men's club and membership is open to all men, regardless of race, religion, or nationality. Members must be at least 18 years old and present a valid government-issued ID to verify their age and gender (all members must have “male” listed under gender).

Application Process

To apply, prospective members must complete a membership application and agree to abide by the club’s Code of Conduct. Once the application is reviewed and approved, and the membership fee has been paid, a membership card will be issued.

Membership Responsibilities

Members are responsible for presenting their membership cards upon entrance. Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately. Members are expected to treat all members and staff with respect, and to contribute to the overall safety and wellbeing of the community.

Membership Fees

To rent a room or locker or use any of the club facilities you must be a member in good standing and have an active membership with no outstanding balance.

Membership Suspension or Termination

Failure to comply with the Code of Conduct may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of membership. Membership is a privilege and in all cases we reserve the right to deny, revoke or limit your membership at any time and for any reason. In severe cases, we reserve the right to involve law enforcement authorities.

Assumption of Risks

As a member, you acknowledge and understand that by utilizing the facilities, services, and equipment provided by TheZClub, you may be exposed to certain risks, including but not limited to:

• The risk of slips, falls, or other accidents resulting from wet or slippery surfaces within the facilities.
• The risk of contracting sexually transmitted infections or diseases, even with the implementation of safety measures.
• The risk of injury resulting from the use of equipment, facilities, or participation in activities within the club premises.
• The risk of emotional or psychological discomfort due to the nature of the activities, interactions with other members and/or adult-oriented content.
• The risk of property loss or theft.

By becoming a member you assume all such risks and accept full responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses that you may sustain as a result of your use of the facilities and services provided by TheZClub.

Code of Conduct

Treat everyone with kindness and respect. Discrimination,  harassment, threats, or violence of any kind will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, actions based on someone's race, religion, nationality, sexual orientation.

Confidentiality

What happens at the club, stays at the club. All activities that take place within the club are considered private and confidential. We have a strict policy against sharing information about these activities or the members involved. The use of any audio or video recording devices in public spaces is strictly prohibited. Any member found to be in violation of this policy will be subject to disciplinary and possible legal action.

Consent

Always seek explicit consent before initiating any form of physical contact with another person. No means no. Always respect personal boundaries and refrain from pressuring or coercing anyone into any activity.

Hygiene

Proper hygiene is expected from all members. Please shower before entering any steam room or sauna, and always sit on your towel when sitting on any of the public surfaces including in the steam room and sauna. Use provided bins for disposal of used towels and personal items.

Safety and Security

Prioritize your safety and the safety of others. Do not engage in any activities that could cause harm to yourself or others. While you’re in the club we urge you to never accept any food or drink from anyone. You should always use caution and your good judgment while in the club.

Security

We are not liable or responsible for lost or stolen items. Your clothes and valuables should always be stored in your own locker or room, even if you’re sharing a room with someone. We will only open a room or locker for the member listed on the receipt at the time the locker or room was rented. There are absolutely no exceptions.

Substance Use

Smoking of any kind is not allowed anywhere within the facilities. We strongly discourage the use of illegal substances on the premises. Any member who is visibly intoxicated or disruptive will be asked to leave and, at the sole discretion of the club management, have their membership suspended, limited or terminated. We reserve the right to involve law enforcement if illegal activity is suspected.

Reporting

If you observe any harmful behavior or violation of this code of conduct, please report it to a staff member immediately. We work hard to maintain a safe, welcoming environment for all members, and rely on your help to do so.

Members have the right to access, update, or delete their personal information at any time. Please contact our privacy officer if you wish to exercise these rights.

 Security

We take comprehensive measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include physical security, technological security measures, and staff training.

Updates to the Policy
