Profile Requirement:

• Minimum 03 years of relevant & proven experience in managing Social Media Campaigns & growing business revenue with clients.
• Passionate over Social Media; Self-starter, self-motivated, result oriented.
• Understanding of brand guidelines, ability to comprehend marketing objectives and plan short term and long term campaigns to meet business goals.
• Expertise over at least one Social Media platform and general understanding of several others.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint MS Word and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Pivotal role in grooming and leading a social media team to ensure business results.
• Assist in developing social media practice to be recognised amongst the best in the industry.
• Conceptualise, execute and manage organic campaigns that can deliver viral engagements.
• Manage all aspects of SMO best practices and ensure business results.
• Focus on continuous improvements by capturing and analysing appropriate social data, insights and best practices.
• Responsible for online reputation, social sentiments, user engagement, and positive image building on all social accounts inclusive but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google My Business, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.
• Assist sales teams with pre-sales support in closing Social Media related deals.
• Represent the Company on various web-forums and industry conferences.
• Management reporting with data insights and business presentations.
