BACK TO SCHOOL BASH - THANK YOU PTO!

The Back to School Bash was a huge success.  The weather was great, many happy faces came, and the PTO organized an amazing event!  There was delicious food and dessert provided by In & Out and Hip Pops handcrafted gelato bars, dunk tank fun with staff volunteers, and bounce houses / games to enjoy while the DJ played music.

Thank you so much to all of our awesome PTO members and volunteers for such a fun evening!

BUS ROUTE CANCELLATIONS

As previously communicated due to driver shortages, bus routes will need to be on a rolling cancellation schedule. There are no scheduled cancellations the week of 9/18-22 at this time.  The week of 9/25-29, route 235 is canceled.

FREE/REDUCED APPLICATIONS

Although lunches are free for everyone this year, applications still need to be submitted for assistance with Transportation, School Fees and Field Trips.  If your family needs financial assistance with these items, please complete the application process through the District by following this link.

TIMBERWOLF TROT - FUN RUN/FUNDRAISER

Get ready for our largest fundraising event of the year – Timberwolf Trot Fun Run 2023!

This is an opportunity to encourage our students to get out and get active, all while fundraising for our fantastic school!  All proceeds will go to the Timber Trail PTO, which provides additional academic and fitness opportunities for our students as well as on property improvements.  This year, the majority of funds will be spent on Chromebooks Carts and Smartboards for the classrooms.

We are once again teaming up with www.getmovinfundhub.com to make this event fun and simple with easy online mobile-friendly technology.  Each student who registers is eligible to participate!  FunHub opens on Monday, September 18th – let the fundraising begin!

We Need All Parents to Complete 3 Easy Steps!

  1. Register your Child by visiting www.getmovinfundhub.com For School Identifier use 5f734645e0a3b or scan the QR Code below.  Please only create ONE account for your student. This makes it very easy for your student to keep track of their fundraising and what prizes they have earned.

  1. Email and/ or Text your child's student fundraising webpage with 10-15 friends and family. Post on Social Media in just two clicks of a button to post. Post and see what happens!
  2. Encourage all donors to opt in to pay for the Credit Card processing fee for their donation.  This will mean that 100% of their donation will go to the kids!!

Student Goals!

We are striving for 100% student registration. Register by 9/20 to win level one prize of CRAZY HAIR DAY on 9/21!   PRIZES are based on funds raised and laps run! The TimberWolf Trot will be held on Friday, October 6th.  Our TOTAL SCHOOL GOAL is $40,000.00

SAC - SCHOOL ACCOUNTABILITY COMMITTEE
