All bookings are made in advance, payment is required on booking.

We ask you to arrive in plenty of time for your lesson, if you arrive late, we are unable to offer an extension to the finish time of the session.
There is a joining fee which is paid annually at a special introductory price of just £20 for the year (membership runs from 1st April - 31st March annually.)
As we do book in advance, 2024 membership will officially begin from Monday 1st April 2024 (our next available block of lessons).
The joining fee is non-refundable or transferable.
Every member reserves a riding slot on the same day and at the same time each week. Please be punctual, arriving 5 to 10 minutes before your lesson start time.
*We reserve the right to remove regular bookings for riders that frequently do not use their reserved slot
We reserve the right to postpone or reschedule any group/private lesson slot. This may be due to changes on our schedule to offer alternative sessions such as clinics, training and/or competitions as part of RFEC Membership. Whenever this is the case, changes to our schedule will be made to minimise disruption to a rider's progress and will be communicated in advance.
If you wish to cancel an individual date for your regular riding slot, please see (please see “Cancelling Individual Sessions” below)
If you no longer wish to use your regular riding slot as part of your membership, please let us know so we can make alternative arrangements for this session. Members who no longer wish to use their regular riding slot but wish to continue the benefits of their RFEC Membership (training, social events etc.) can be offered an alternative membership known as ‘Associate Membership’ and continue to utilise the additional benefits of the RFEC Membership (subject to availability) - please get in touch with our team if this is your preference.

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel/rearrange a group/private lesson.
We Do Not accept cancellations from social media platforms, email or telephone. Lessons can be cancelled via the online system, under ‘My Account’ > ‘My Bookings’ and select ‘Cancel’ next to the relevant lesson. You will be notified of the cancellation period and whether a credit is available with the notice given.
It is appreciated if customers can provide as much notice as possible of cancellations to minimise disruption to staff, horses and ponies.

All Membership runs from 1st April - 31st March. Membership can only be cancelled by providing notice in writing (via email is acceptable). No verbal request to cancel membership will be accepted or processed. All Membership is paid annually and is non-refundable or transferable. If at any point, you do wish to rejoin or for more riders joining at any other point throughout the year, the joining fee will need to be paid in full.
