SPECIAL MEETING

Monday 13 March 2017 7.30pm Staff Room

The meeting was held to co-opt a new Treasurer.

Present: Tracy Mears, Rachel Porteous, Sam Bennett, Vicki Allison, Sonia Glen, Tina Ng, Jeanie Moore.

Result:  All members present agreed to co-opt Olga Galiyev in the role of Treasurer until an appointment can be made at the AGM.

All members present agreed that Olga Galiyev (Treasurer) should be added as an administrator for all H&S bank accounts.

All members present agreed that Olga Galiyev (Treasurer) should be added to the bank accounts as a Business Online Administrator.

All members present agreed that Vicki Allison (Secretary) should be added as an administrator for all H&S bank accounts.

All members present agreed that Vicki Allison (Secretary) should be added to the bank accounts as a Business Online Administrator.
