After providing Adult & Pediatric Urologic Medical care for the community for forty-two years, it has come time for Dr. Jerry Rouse to retire. It has been an honor and pleasure to serve you, our patients. We are grateful for the trust and respect that you have given us. The office will close for further appointments May 29, 2026. Request for maintenance prescriptions for two months will be honored until May 15, 2026. Summaries of medical records will be provided upon request to the physician that you select through May 29, 2026.
