Meeting Agenda Template is a tool to plan productive meetings beforehand or at the start of your meeting. Instructions: Fill out meeting overview. List topics to be considered (be sure to include Check In, Agenda Planning, and Wrap-up/Next Steps). Determine goals for each topic. Simultaneously, assign time (in minutes) to each topic & decide on processes for achieving the goal (including who may be leading each piece & important quick links). Lastly, give each topic a # to indicate priority and agenda order. When the time limit for each item is reached, move on or “steal” time from low priorities. Use in conjunction with Meeting Notes Template.
