In accordance with the requirements of the Open Public Meeting Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq., adequate notice of the meeting has been provided by posting of notice at North Hunterdon High School and Voorhees High School, delivery by facsimile to the Hunterdon County Democrat, Star- Ledger, to the municipal clerks of Bethlehem Township, Califon Borough, Town of Clinton, Clinton Township, Franklin Township, Glen Gardner Borough, Hampton Borough, High Bridge Borough, Lebanon Borough, Lebanon Township, Tewksbury Township and Union Township as well as other interested parties.

  6. Authorize a 2018-19 tuition agreement, in the amount of $45,972 to receive a student from Middletown Township School District to attend the Voorhees High School multiple disabilities program, including the extended school year program
  7. Agreement with Intervention Central: RIT Consultation & Training of Tully, NY in the amount of $2,397 to provide Response to Intervention Professional Development and Consultation on September 21, 2018
  8. Authorize The Adventure Guild of Dunlap, TN to provide Project Adventure Course training for staff members on October 8, 2018 for a fee of $770
  9. Agreement with Tinashe Blanchet of Marrero, LA in the amount of $3,000 to provide Strengthen Math Instruction training on October 8, 2018
  10. Agreement with  Mind of the Athlete, LLC of Bethlehem, PA for the provision of at total of six Athletic Leadership Academy presentations, in the amount of $2,500 per presentation
  11. Agreement with Evolution Labs of Morristown, NJ, in the amount of $5,000, for the provision of Harassment, Intimidation and Bullying programs
  12. Agreement with Hunterdon Drug Awareness Program, Inc. of Flemington, NJ in the amount of $10,000 to provide a school wide prevention program for the 2018-2019 school year
  13. Authorize the Center for Counseling Services, LLC of West Trenton, NJ to provide training, on August 20, 2018 for the fee of $500, for Understanding the Emotional Needs of Learners and Staff
  14. Renewal of the Affiliation Agreements with Hunterdon Medical Center to provide school based youth services
  15. Service Contract Agreement with Hunterdon County Educational Services Commission to provide speech and language therapy services and / or evaluations for the 2018-19 school year
  16. Agreement with Hunterdon County Educational Services Commission  to provide Child Study Team services for the 2018-19 school year

  1. North Hunterdon High School and Voorhees High School booster clubs and parent organizations for the 2018-19 school year pursuant to Policy 9210 and its regulations
  2. Re-authorize, for the 2018-19 school year, the Voorhees High School Boys Soccer and Boys Lacrosse Booster Clubs corporate banner program for banner placements on the soccer / lacrosse field
  3. Authorize, for the 2018-19 school year, the Voorhees High School Girls Soccer Booster Club to operate a corporate banner program for banner placements on the soccer / lacrosse field

  1. Call for a motion and a second to adopt the following resolution as read by the Board President:

Whereas Section 7 of the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-12, authorizes a public body to exclude the public from that portion of a meeting at which the Board discusses topics falling within certain specified exceptions to the requirement for open public meetings, and Whereas the matters to be discussed fall within one or more of those exceptions, now therefore be it Resolved that the Board of Education of the North Hunterdon-Voorhees Regional High School District now adjourns from public session to executive session for the purpose of discussing the following:

  1. Personnel - recommendations for appointments, separations, changes in assignment and leaves of absence
