Fonts

The fonts are very eyecatching, unique and quirky and ties nicely with the masthead on the front cover. I like how there is a common colour scheme to match the outfit with the pull quote.

Layout

The layout is conventional with the image on one side and the article on the other, it is and very clear and easy to understand, I like it a lot.

It is very bold, the pose is unique and different to the basic ones you usually see, a good use of props and bright outfit is very Indie.

Overall thoughts and changes that could be made

I love the look of the DPS so far, you could change the highlight over the text to transparent so it is not pink. For draft 2 you could change the amount of columns there are to rearrange the layout to see which you prefer.
