4. Once payment is made. Patron must submit their payment confirmation to this link go.ateneo.edu/RLPaymentConfirmation. Failure to upload proof of payment will result in the non-removal of fines and fees from your account. This may result in including their names in the hold order list for students.
5. Once we received a copy of their payment. A copy of ORSRA Â will be emailed to the payor as payment confirmation within 24-48 hours, depending on availability. Hard copies can be picked up at the Circulation Counter. Fines and fees will be cleared and the hold order will be removed if applicable.
Frequently Asked Questions
- I do not know how to use an online payment facility.
- You may do over-the-counter payments in BPI and Metrobank. Instructions are available in the above guidelines.
- I need a receipt for the payments.
- We will send you a soft copy of the receipts upon confirmation of your payment by the Accounting Office. Hard copies may be claimed onsite we will send you an email once available.
- Will the receipt be named to me?
- The receipt will be named on the person reflected on the Bank Account. Example: If you pay a library fine using your mother’s account. The receipt will reflect your mother’s name. If you wished to have the receipt named after you please use your bank account or do over-the-counter transactions.
- Do you have Gcash?
- We are still in the process of getting a Gcash Account.
- Can I pay for my friend's fees using my account?
- Yes, you may but kindly put the payment details for whomever you will be paying for and the amount. Please note that the receipt will only reflect the name on the bank account.
