Approval of Minutes

Correspondence- Send a thank you note to Exeter Historical

                Kingston Insurance, Exeter Historical sent papers about a home in Sandown

                Add Summer & Rhonda to Group Chat

6:45p Administrative Updates

• Vote for a new bank account to Service Credit Union- Rhonda will reach out to Heather about accounts. Josie & Rhonda are willing to to be names on the account
• We again approve the transfer of bank accounts from TD Bank to Service Credit Union
• Create new Gmail accounts for new board members
• Assign a mail pick-up person- Ellen will check it weekly, we will leave a PO box key at the depot

- Membership & Subscription Numbers- Rhonda made a membership spreadsheet

We have membership sign up forms left out at the depot for the community

• $10 membership dues- The dues were paid by the members who attended the meeting tonight
• - New Board Members, president, vice president-
• The confirmed board members as of this meeting are- Treasurer- Rhonda Robinson, Curator- Sue Dupouy, Secretary- Josie Dupouy

- Merchandise Report/Gift Shop

• Shop inventory should be up to date because we use Zettle

- Curator’s Report

● Sue got the last poster framed! Danika & L are going to help hang it

● Glass display case shelving

• Inventory Update- Facebook market place for new display cases. Update the flow of the space. Have exhibits instead of displays. Curtain rod in the bathroom

• Current Balance- Bank $2398 PayPal $350
• Confirm Treasurer Assignments
• Update the website with new Treasurer
• Venmo Charity Account
• Charitable gaming
• Dave- NH ATV Club- they need places to donate. They would like to donate to us. Dave is going replace the fence along the trail

• Reactivate Mail Chimp/Membership link
• Inventory- going through the binder to see what we still have, & add new items
