This Chrome extension, Keyword Rank Checker, is designed to help users check their website’s keyword positions in Google search results.

Information We Collect

• The extension collects keywords and website domains only when you enter them manually or upload a CSV file.

• The extension does not track your browsing activity outside of Google searches initiated by the extension.

Permissions Justification

• scripting: To inject the rank-checking script into Google search results pages.
  
• storage: To temporarily save keywords, website input, and results locally for export.
  
• activeTab / tabs: To open and manage the Google search tab when checking rankings.
  
• webNavigation: To detect when Google pages are fully loaded before extracting results.
  
• host permissions: Limited strictly to Google search domains (google.com, google.co.uk, google.com.au, google.ae).
