Minutes of Meeting of December 4, 2019

          Board of Trustees, Joslin Memorial Library

Present:  Jean Joslin, Trish Read, Carol Hosford, Jay Butler, Anna Church

The meeting opened at 11:10 a.m.

The Board and staff discussed draft policies on “Inclement weather,” “Public Complaints and Concerns,” and “Meeting Room Use.”

The meeting closed at 12:20 p.m.

The Board will approve the revised drafts at its next meeting on January 8th, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at the library.
