Infinite Campus Parent Portal Setup

You are strongly encouraged to access your Infinite Campus parent portal as soon as possible. 

A parent portal account is necessary for viewing schedule and grading information for your student, as well as updating contact information and completing August registration and fee payment.

If you cannot access the parent portal follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. If you….

1. HAVE NOT previously set up your parent/guardian Infinite Campus account click here and follow the instructions.

2. If you...

1. HAVE previously set up your parent/guardian Infinite Campus account,
2. Have NOT set up your security email address, and
3. Have forgotten your password….

…..submit a HelpDesk ticket.  (Select the options “User Accounts ---->  Infinite Campus -----> Forgot/Don’t Know Password”.)

3. If you….

1. HAVE previously set up your parent/guardian Infinite Campus account,
2. HAVE set up your security email address, and
3. Have forgotten your password, forgotten your username, or both,

…..click the “Forgot Password?” or “Forgot Username?” link on the login page (see image below), enter your security email address, and follow the instructions within the email you receive at your security email address.
