- Distance/Sprint - Sign up by 4/30 HERE
- Safe Sport Education for Parents and Athletes
- Every two years we need our parents and athletes to complete a USA Swimming Safe Sport Course. This not only helps everybody on our team recognize and report inappropriate behavior but also helps our club achieve Safe Sport Recognition through USA Swimming
- The courses can be accessed through the link HERE. You must be signed into your USA Swimming account.
- Coach Phil reports that about 7% of parents have completed so far and athletes are less. 7% is close for parents! thanks

- New apparel for swim team - the team has begun transitioning to new apparel. Black training suits have replaced two years of navy and the team backpack has been updated along with the team cap moving to white with red. As the team moves into the new kit both navy and black are acceptable in this phased in approach. See it all here Most all have been training and racing in team equipment but for new members this is an expectation.
- NAME CAPS - So far we don’t have a *ton* of cap orders. A reminder to everyone that they are open. The close date is 4/31 so folks have a little more time. LINK to order
- SSTY Volunteers! Distance/Sprint is coming up May 13/14. This will be your last chance to complete your team Family Work Requirements for the 2022-23 season.

Please contact your swimmer’s lead coach with your questions. Email or call your athlete’s coach or talk to her/him before or after practice.
Please mail all checks to WSAC rather than giving them to coaches at practice.
