🛏️🏨🚗  Lodging, Hotel, and Ride Policy –
To maintain a safe, respectful, and functional group environment: when we’re doing early or multi-day hikes, beach sessions, adventure or project work .
🛏️Guest Room Offers
- Are considered case-by-case depending on trust, scheduling, and fit.
- These private homes may reflect caregiving, community work, or TNR caregiving and/or wildlife care.
- These are clean, safe, private homes with practical spaces.
- Guest stays are optional & voluntary, offered case-by-case.
- These are safe, functional, private home spaces. You’re welcome, but these are NOT hotels.
- Private homes can also be a registered TNR wildlife rescue & recovery site — meaning community cats and wildlife are cared for and cleaned up after daily on site by me or designated care takers. This is part of who I am & how we serve.
- If at any point someone feels uncomfortable in such, I’ll help arrange a local hotel or suggest other lodging options. That’s never a problem — just communicate early and respectfully.
⛔ The private homes space is not for:
- People who expect last-minute perfection
- Drama, control games, or boundary testing
- Individuals who are uncomfortable around animals or who aren't aligned with private homes with service-oriented spaces
- This club is built on trust, presence, and mutual respect — whether we’re traveling in for a hike, training, an event, or project, at the beach, or in the guest room setup at such. If you ever have questions about logistics, cleanliness, or accommodations, or for pictures — ask ahead of time.  No judgment, just clarity.
âś…Â Guest Room (Private Home Stay)
Offered on a case-by-case basis, depending on event logistics and space availability.
- Homes can be a TNR and wildlife caregiving site, meaning community cats and wildlife are present. Daily cleaning is routine, and flooring is waterproof, pet-rated laminate.
- It’s a safe, clean, functional space — not a hotel. You’re welcome, but they are private homes with service-based space, not a hotel.
 🏨Hotel Support
- If a host helps find a hotel, they are not responsible for managing the full stay.
- Guests must maintain communication: confirm arrival, departure, or schedule changes.
- If we provide a ride or help cover logistics, or something explicitly pre-arranged. The minimum expectation is basic communication: a text in the morning, confirmation of checkout, or a heads-up if you change plans.
- Ghosting after hotel placement may affect future invites.
- If a guest feels uncomfortable at any point in any place provided, I’ll help arrange a different private home space or local hotel — no issue, no drama. But this must be handled with respect and advance notice.
🏨 Hotel Setup (If Offered or Requested)
If we assist in helping a guest find a hotel:
- We will NOT be responsible for managing your check-out, ongoing stay, or follow-up transportation unless explicitly pre-arranged.
đźš—Â Transportation Support
If we offer to pick you up from transit or drop you off:
- All rides must be confirmed in advance.
- That ride must be confirmed and acknowledged before the day of travel.
- If we provide a ride or help cover logistics, or something explicitly pre-arranged. The minimum expectation is basic communication: a text in the morning, confirmation of checkout, or a heads-up if you change plans.
- Cutting off contact after being helped — especially late at night or during active coordination — is not acceptable. It puts stress on me, members, the group and disrupts trust.
- Ghosting or silence = canceled ride. Simple as that.
- We do this to support people — not to chase them down.
- Lack of communication cancels ride support. If plans shift, update the host immediately.
 🤝 Respect Goes Both Ways
This group is here to support you —  with guest room space when we’re doing early or multi-day hikes, beach sessions, or project work , and sometimes even with lodging. But that support just works when communication is mutual and mature.
- We’ve had amazing experiences with members who coordinate smoothly and respect the space. That’s what we’ll keep building on. If it’s not a fit for someone — that’s okay too. But the boundary is clear.
