Sending a Fax from Xerox

In order to send a fax from this printer, you will need to use the “Scan to E-mail” function.

Sending a Fax:

1. To fax from this printer, press the Email button, then press the New Recipient button.

2. In the To field type the recipient’s fax number, followed by @fax2mail.com

1. Enter 10 digits including the area code (ex: 7637451234@fax2mail.com)
2. Do NOT include:

1. • a “1” before the area code
2. • dashes or spaces

3. Press the Green Start button to send the fax.
